December 14 - Written by Crystal Andino

There's no denying the deliciousness of vegetarian fusion food when prepared with the right blend of spices, ingredients, and a skilled chef's touch, whether you're a strict vegetarian or just like to indulge every once in a while. And what could be better than the vegetarian dining options in our Asian fusion restaurant?

When in Carmel and seeking a place to eat and drink where you can indulge in Korean cuisine, look no further than Pangaea Grill. Continue reading to learn about the many items on our menu that you can enjoy throughout the day.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so fuel up well with a vegetarian benedict that has all the right stuff: sautéed asparagus, grilled tomatoes, avocado, spinach, mushrooms, poached eggs, country potatoes, and fresh fruit.

A vegetarian omelet, which is served with fresh fruit, is another option that is both tasty and nutritious. It is made with sauteed spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, avocado, green and red bell peppers, and more.

A papaya parfait, an organic rice bowl, oatmeal, or avocado toast are all great options for a light breakfast. Finally, you can finish off your breakfast of choice with a glass of fruity champagne blended with your favorite juice (orange, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, or strawberry).

LUNCH

For the day's second meal, you can start with a salad such as a house spring mix salad, Greek salad, arugula salad, or an heirloom tomato salad.

Moving on to the main course, you may try something like a deluxe vegetarian made with eggplant, portobello mushroom, mozzarella, onions, peppers, avocado, and more. Another excellent option is the mushroom ravioli with tomatoes, mushrooms, roasted corn, and arugula in a truffle cream sauce

DINNER

There is a wide selection of tasty meals available for dinner. You may begin your meal with a selection of appetizers, including grilled artichokes, a cheese platter, or an eggplant napoleon.

One of the salad options is a dinner salad with greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and asiago cheese tossed in a house vinaigrette. For something different, try the heirloom tomato salad with arugula, goat cheese chevre, roasted pine nuts, and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.

Inform the server if you have any food allergies so they can prepare your meal accordingly.

If all this is making your mouth water and you're in the mood for authentic Korean cuisine, Pangaea Grill is the finest lunch and dinner spot in Carmel. We have multiple vegetarian dining options and gluten-free dishes for you to enjoy and eat without worry.
